All Orders are Shipped Domestically from our Toronto Warehouse
No Duties or Import Fees on any Orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac (Email Money Transfers).
Interac e-Transfer (Email Money Transfer) payment is MANDATORY for any of the following situations:
- shipping to a PO BOX address
- shipping to a FLEX Delivery address
- Recently Moved (credit card billing information not yet updated)
- Purchasing a gift for a friend/family and shipping to them directly
- Shipping to your work address
- Away for school or working remotely and shipping there
ORDERS PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE ASSOCITATED CARD HOLDER and BILLING ADDRESS. The bank's payment processing system will verify the information entered to make sure it matches the information registered with your bank or credit card company. This is done to avoid getting stolen credit cards from being used on our site and innocent people being charged. Therefore, all orders paid by credit card must ship to the verified billing address associated with that card (same address that is listed on the card's bank or financial institution) and must be shipped to the card holder (same name as listed on the card's bank or financial institution). If a different shipping address or name is manually entered you will be asked to change your payment to Interac eTransfer.
BMO/Moneris PROCESSES ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR THE HERB CAFE. We do not use any third party processors. A major Canadian bank handles all transactions on our behalf. We do not keep any payment information on file and cannot charge your card for order adjustments or future purchases.
Instructions for Email Money Transfer:
After completing your purchase, log into your online bank and click Interac eTransfer or Email Money Transfer. Please Send the exact order total to:

- EMT is setup for Auto Deposit and should not require a question or answer to be deposited
- Please include your order number in the notes. You will receive this number in separate email after submitting the order. It is 8 digits long and will begin with 4
